Thursday Work Day

Today I finished the bathroom (looks even better than when we lived here before), one of the hall closets, and put a sizable dent into my bedroom. (Which is good because it was the last frontier.)

The boxes are gone! Actually, I think there is one left in Drew's room (which I won't open until after I paint his and the girls' rooms). Oh, and there are two in the laundry room of old office stuff that needs to be sorted through. But there aren't any boxes remaining out in plain view.

(Cue the Hallelujah Chorus.)

We're going on a little out-of-town getaway this weekend with some friends. Should be fun. A babysitter is even written into the agenda. (As well as shopping, a possible spa outing, and dinner that I don't have to prepare or watch the kids eat.)

Which is perfect timing because this unpacking thing is wearing me out.
